现在都比较流行用CSS+DIV设计网页，国外有很多CSS+DIV模板资源站，许多网页设计师都愿意分享自己设计的模板，有些好的模板流量是相当可观的。而且CSS+DIV设计网页比较容易上手，通过CSS模板资源站来推广网站也是英文网站推广的一个常用的方法，总结具体步骤如下：

• 学习CSS+DIV基本语法，尽量达到精通的地步
